Free Talks Abstract Rules :

– The age of the applicant should not be more than 35 years.

– All topics should be strictly related to pediatric Ophthalmology and/or strabismus.

– Five minutes will be allowed for each presentation.

– Submission of abstracts will be open till the 24th of June 2020.

– After revising all abstracts, accepted ones will be arranged to be presented and each applicant will be informed about the exact time and date of his presentation and details of full presentation submission.

– If accepted abstracts exceeded the Webinar time plan, another day will be scheduled for a second part of the webinar.
Consequently, each applicant will be informed about the exact time and date of his presentation.

– By sending the presentation, the applicant is considered accepting its publication in the EAPOS channel, Facebook page and online media.

– The first 2 winner presentations will receive valuable prizes to be announced by the end of the WEBINAR.

– For those sharing with free talk presentations, it’s still possible to share as a team member in the competition.

Team Competition Rules:

– The competition will be between teams in various fields of knowledge related to Pediatric Ophthalmology & Strabismus.

– During the competition, only 3 players of each team will sit at a time.

– Each team should nominate at least 4 members to accommodate for substitution in possible emergencies ( technical connection error for example).

– Each team should assign a Team Leader to be the one communicating with the moderators.

– The exact number of questions and the time of each match will be sent to the teams 1 week before the meeting.

– Each team should apply denoting names of team members (at least 4), the affiliation of members and the nickname of the team before 24-06-2020.

– The winning team will be announced by the end of the webinar and receive a valuable prize.

– For those sharing with free talk presentations, it’s still possible to share as a team member in the competition.
